Policy

One Call Away Lab Services and it's team ensures that sanitation is our #1 PRIORITY. Proper Disinfecting Practices are in full effect.

  • All clients/customers will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY!

  • No group appointments will be permitted.

  • Masks will be worn by all employees while performing services.

  • Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of tools, surfaces, and/or linens will be done after every client/customer.

  • This type of cleaning will continue between each day of operation.

We value your health and well-being. If you have experienced flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days, it may be best to reschedule your appointment. Receiving services today could possibly enhance the symptoms and we want you to feel your best after the services.

BOOKINGS

Services are available by appointment on a daily basis. Calling ahead to ensure availability is preferred.

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all testing services.

REFUNDS

​

The NO REFUND policy is in full effect. There will be no refunds on testing services and/or products.
